"After some time away from the gym, I really wanted to get back into fitness more and look after my body, especially with sitting in the office all day. As it had been quite a few months since I'd last worked out I wasn't sure where to start... cue Luke.
Luke helped show me new exercises that would burn more calories and body tone too. He also helped to educate me on workouts that are key for fat loss - helping me move towards my goals. As the sessions progressed, Luke has helped me to do exercises that I wouldn't necessarily be comfortable with at the gym on my own, particularly with my arms. Although this is just the beginning of my journey, I am already noticing the difference, feeling more energetic and progressing through the weights which is also very satisfying. Luke is always on hand for any help that I need, whether it be nutrition advice or workout plans for a little home workout!"
