"Like many, finding a balance between work and fitness often felt like a losing battle. However, Luke has been instrumental in turning around this mentality by outlining a clear, manageable and varying fitness plan that will allow me to achieve my goals in a fun and enjoyable way.
I am attending Read’s Fitness sessions twice a week and I can’t recommend Luke’s 1-2-1 sessions enough! Not only does he have a wide range of equipment, which he is always adding to, he informs you on how to use the equipment properly, emphasising the importance of good form for both reducing injury risk and targeting select muscle groups. I am already feeling stronger and it’s great to see myself progress every session, something that Luke actively shares so I’m aware of how much I’m improving.
As part of Luke’s plan, I have also taken up the option to receive nutrition advice to further aid my progress. After tracking my food intake for a week, Luke was able to provide a comprehensive breakdown of the food that I have been eating, and where I can make small tweaks to improve these habits. I have found this a real eye opener and a massive plus to have a PT who is so well informed on nutrition and what I should be eating to really improve my health and fitness. Thank you Luke!"
