"I do lots of jogging and I went to Luke after my hamstrings and lower back were becoming problems during my running. I initially just hoped he would show me some good stretches to help me get through my runs. He went way beyond that. He's taught me multiple strength movements and explained why certain exercises are better to move me towards my goals. He has been progressing me in my own time with the strengthening programme that he designed for me. At the end of the sessions, he spends time showing me different stretches and exercises that will help and that I can do at home. My jogging times have improved and my problem areas have eased.
Not only has he helped with my issues, but I also had upper body toning goals which his sessions have helped me worked towards. I've been getting compliments from my family and friends with the progress I've made and I feel like I'm in the best shape of my life! Can't recommend Luke enough."
